Emily Franklin Emily is the treasurer for the Trenton Arts Council. She also writes a column in the local newspaper, the Dade Sentinel, entitled "The Art Report." Emily attended the original Public Art presentation at the Chamber of Commerce, and later joined the Trenton Arts Council because as a creative seamstress, she enjoys meeting other artists. Emily has helped in plantings and laying stone for the Creek Trail. She has also been involved with all of the Beatnik Poetry Readings through advertising and participated in drumming at two of them. Emily is presently working on the next banner project to be displayed during the summer of 2009 in the City of Trenton.
